LongView serves as a Chief Investment Officer for Small Non-Profits and Families
We provide portfolio management, investment advisory, and advice on all things financial. Our principals each have decades of experience in the investment industry, bringing a variety of wisdom and expertise to our investment and advisory process. Our current clients are located in six states along the East Coast.
We seek to preserve and grow the purchasing power of our clients’ portfolios, investing and advising according to your goals, cash needs, and the time horizon of your investments. We offer advice and problem solving for investors and for your investment policy.
ADVISORY PHILOSOPHY
Disciplined Asset Management
The wisdom behind our portfolios and our advice comes from a disciplined approach to asset allocation and activity, combined with a longer-term investment view. We incorporate a blend of select index funds and other key components to construct disciplined, diversified portfolios. More disciplined approaches tend to outperform those characterized by unneeded complexity and trading activity. They offer a better chance to meet or exceed long term portfolio goals.
Greater
Transparency
Most of the investment industry still practices selective transparency about performance and fee details. Investors deserve complete clarity, so we offer it on all fronts.
Modern Fee
Structure
Fees matter. Much of the investment industry has a fee problem. LongView endeavors to maintain a fee structure that allows investors to keep more of what their portfolios earn. Our operational efficiencies enable us to offer a more modern fee structure. We believe our use of technology and industry tools allows us to manage investments, provide detailed performance reporting, and offer high-touch advice and client service more economically, efficiently, and effectively.
TEAM
Our expertise and experience include portfolio management, investment advisory, asset allocation, equity research, and published academic research in investments and industry conflicts of interests. One of our principals even authored a definitive investment guide entitled: The Fund Industry: How Your Money is Managed
